JTC, the UK-listed administrator being taken private by Permira, and Asset Class, the U.S.-based fintech focused on private markets, have launched JTC ONE in the U.S., an end-to-end solution for private markets firms that combines fund administration with a purpose-built digital investor experience. JTC ONE combines two specialist businesses with complementary strengths: JTC’s expertise in fund administration and Asset Class’ private markets technology platform. Asset Class supports fundraising, digital onboarding, investor portals, portfolio reporting and fund administration integrations.
