IQ-EQ has supported a major Irish residential investment platform, acting as alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) to the fund underpinning the transaction. The partners in the fund – APG, a Dutch pensions group, and Kennedy Wilson, the Irish property investment group – intend to invest a reported EUR2bn (USD2.3bn) in residential properties in Ireland through the CWTC Multi-Family ICAV.
