Formidium, a small U.S.-based fund administrator, has acquired Ci Fund Services S.A., a Luxembourg-based provider of private label fund solutions. The transaction was completed following approval by the CSSF. Formidium has USD38bn AuA.
Dowling re-joins NTRS
Kieran Dowling has re-joined Northern Trust as head of strategic clients, private markets, for EMEA, based in Luxembourg. He reports to Olivier Noel, head of private markets, EMEA, and country head, Luxembourg. Dowling was briefly at Fundbank after a 20-year career at Northern Trust.
