LemonEdge, a fund accounting platform for private markets, has completed a USD21m Series A investment round to accelerate product development and continued expansion in the U.S. and Europe. Blackstone Innovations Investments, Blackstone’s early-stage investment arm, led the funding round. They are joined by BNY, with participation from long-time investor Sidekick Partners.

Bloomberg has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Canoe Intelligence, an AI-powered data management and intelligence platform for automating private markets data collection and delivery. Processing over 1.5m documents per month across more than 44,000 funds, Canoe delivers structured, portfolio-ready insights, to over 500 institutional clients representing more than USD11trn AuM.
CAIS raises USD170m
CAIS, a U.S.-based alternative investment platform for independent financial advisors, has raised USD170m through a Series D financing with lead participant Vista Equity Partners, and additional investment from AllianceBernstein, funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, Carlyle, Fortress Investment Group, Golub Capital, Lord Abbett, and RBC. State Street has signed an initial agreement to acquire the Santander CACEIS Latam Securities Services joint venture in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. The joint venture is owned by the Santander Group and CACEIS, with AuC of c. USD470bn and AuA of c. USD225bn.
