Abram Sirignano has joined BBH as head of product transformation for its investor services business, He joins from Prophet, a consultancy. Based in New York, he will report to Chris Remondi, partner and head of product for the investor services business.
Lardner steps down
Pat Lardner is to step down as chief executive of Irish Funds, the Irish trade association for the funds industry. Lardner has been chief executive since 2012 and has overseen the growth of Ireland’s share of the European fund market from 13pct to >22pct.
Sheller joins Alter Domus
Alter Domus has appointed Jason Sheller as head of commercial, North America. He will lead the business development and relationship management teams across North America. His career includes positions at CBRE, where he spent seven years, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and, most recently, just three months at Juniper Square.
Prescient hires from NTRS
Prescient Fund Services has appointed Nicola Gerety as Ireland country head. She replaces Emily Davy, who will continue to serve on the boards of Prescient Fund Services Ireland and its fund platforms. Gerety was previously at Northern Trust.

Euroclear has appointed Usman Ahmad to lead Euroclear’s digital assets strategy, based in the UK. He most recently served as co-founding CEO of Zodia Markets, the institutional digital asset brokerage.

Trident Trust has appointed Rafael Pérez as head of business development for fund services in the U.S., based in New York. He most recently led the Americas business development function at ONE Group Solutions.
CACEIS appoints Lux country head
CACEIS has appointed Ramy El Houayek as country managing director in Luxembourg. He joined CACEIS in 2007 and was most recently global head of operations, fund services. He replaces Philippe Bourgues, who has been appointed global head of PERES operations and joins the ExCo of CACEIS.

Aztec Group, the C.I.-based provider of private markets services, has appointed Melissa Ferraz as chief commercial officer and a member of its executive committee. Based in London, she joins from BlackRock, where she held senior roles across its private markets and technology businesses.
