Ocorian, a C.I.-based provider of fund services, capital markets, corporate and private client solutions, has appointed Andy Bailey as country head for Guernsey. He joined Ocorian in 2025 and succeeds Ben Hill, who will focus on his group-wide responsibilities as global head of fund services.
