SS&C to support First Plus
First Plus Asset Management, a Singapore-based investment management firm, has selected SS&C to provide cross-border operations support across Asia. SS&C will service First Plus across the full investment lifecycle, delivering transfer agency, order management and execution, and investment accounting. SS&C will support around USD200m AuM.
Euroclear builds Inversis stake
Euroclear has completed the acquisition of a 90pct stake in Inversis from Banca March. Following its initial acquisition of 49pct in 2025, this second transaction expands Euroclear’s presence in Southern Europe and combines Inversis’ strong local franchise in funds and investment services with Euroclear’s scale, infrastructure and international ecosystem.
BNY invests in LemonEdge
LemonEdge, a fund accounting platform for private markets, has completed a USD21m Series A investment round to accelerate product development and continued expansion in the U.S. and Europe. Blackstone Innovations Investments, Blackstone’s early-stage investment arm, led the funding round. They are joined by BNY, with participation from long-time investor Sidekick Partners.

Bloomberg has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Canoe Intelligence, an AI-powered data management and intelligence platform for automating private markets data collection and delivery. Processing over 1.5m documents per month across more than 44,000 funds, Canoe delivers structured, portfolio-ready insights, to over 500 institutional clients representing more than USD11trn AuM.
CAIS raises USD170m
CAIS, a U.S.-based alternative investment platform for independent financial advisors, has raised USD170m through a Series D financing with lead participant Vista Equity Partners, and additional investment from AllianceBernstein, funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, Carlyle, Fortress Investment Group, Golub Capital, Lord Abbett, and RBC. The investment round values CAIS at >USD2bn.
