State Street continues to reshuffle its senior management team. Mostapha Tahiri, who was appointed enterprise chief operating officer in 2023, will become president of State Street Alpha, with responsibility for Alpha, Charles River Development, and other platform solutions, reporting to Ron O’Hanley, chairman and CEO of State Street. Tahiri will have end-to-end responsibility for Alpha and CRD’s go-to-market, product strategy, technology, and client delivery. Tahiri will also serve as chairman of Asia Pacific. He is based in Singapore.
Ann Fogarty, currently investment services COO, has been named enterprise chief operating officer, succeeding Tahiri, and will also report to O’Hanley. She joined in 2021 from BNY as head of global delivery, and is based in Boston.
