Langham Hall, a UK-based administrator, has supported Tasman Capital Partners on the launch of Fund IV, a mid-market Australian and New Zealand focused private equity fund. The fund has reached a first close of approximately AUD120m (USD87m), representing around 60pct of its AUD200m (USD144m) target.
