Alter Domus, the Luxembourg-based provider of fund and corporate services for the alternative investment industry, has agreed to acquire MSC Group in Australia to expand its global client offering with specialist private credit and alternative assets servicing around trusteeship, custody and fund administration, covering AUD43bn (USD31bn) AuA. The acquisition will add licensed trustee, custody, and DCM services to Alter Domus’ existing fund administration offering in Australia. The transaction is expected to close later this year following regulatory approvals.
