NAV Fund Administration Group, a provider of fund administration services to alternative asset managers, has launched NAV Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd., authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide fund administration services, including fund accounting and transfer agency, in Ireland. NAV Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd. is headed by CEO Ray Murphy, joining from IQ-EQ.

Ultimus, the U.S.-based provider of fund administration, accounting, and investor solutions, has been appointed by Kingsview Wealth Management, LLC to support four new ETF launches. Ultimus first worked with Kingsview in 2021 to support the launch of the three initial Monarch ETFs.

Guernsey-based fund services provider Imperium has supported SNGLR Capital in its recent fund closing. The two Guernsey-domiciled funds held their first closing, and are, by final closing, aiming for total commitments of EUR40m (USD44m). SNGLR is a Swiss-based manager investing in mainly European early-stage technology startups.

Apex has appointed Ken Fullerton as global head of operational transformation, based in New York.
