ZEDRA, the Swiss-based administrator, has joined forces with Gryphon, a U.S.-headquartered fund administrator with >USD10bn AuA, providing accounting, administration, and tax preparation and advisory services to the private fund sector. By integrating Gryphon’s services into ZEDRA’s existing portfolio, this brings combined AuA to c. USD30bn.

Alter Domus, the Luxembourg-based provider of fund administration, private debt, and corporate services for the alternative investment industry, has opened an office in Manila. The office occupies a full floor with >100 employees, and Alter Domus aims to nearly double its workforce in the city by 2025.

SS&C has signed an initial agreement with Insignia Financial, an Australia-based administrator, to deliver superannuation member administration services. Insignia Financial supports around 1.1m superannuation fund members through its wealth management offerings. Upon signing a final binding agreement, more than 1,000 team members in seven offices across Australia will transfer from Insignia to SS&C.

Universal Investment Group, the Europe-based fund services platform and Super ManCo, has expanded its services from Universal Investment Ireland to include AIFM services for Irish-domiciled real estate funds. Its first mandate for the newly expanded service is for the ICAV holding Dubin Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, one of the largest retail centres in Ireland.
