Clearstream has appointed Philippe Mueller as head of digital products and transformation for Clearstream Fund Services. Mueller will lead the strategic development and market adoption of Clearstream’s digital fund solutions, aimed at connecting traditional and digital financial markets. He succeeds Olivier Portenseigne, who has joined Apex.
Mueller brings over 25 years of experience across Clearstream and Deutsche Börse Group, covering fund operations, product management, market infrastructure, and large-scale digital transformation. Since 2022, he has served as head of transformation office & digital.
