The Highvern and Permian Group plans to acquire Guernsey-based Oak Fund Services, part of The Opera Group. Oak Fund Services supports alternative investment structures, including private equity, real assets and infrastructure. The business is led by James Tracey who, following completion of the acquisition, will become head of funds, Guernsey for the group.
