Aztec Group, the C.I.-based administrator, has made several senior leadership changes in Luxembourg, Francesca Raffa, client relationship lead, and Maria von Oldenskiöld, global head of investor services, have been appointed co heads of Luxembourg, as Loïc Choquet steps down from his role after three and a half years with Aztec.
