Ocorian, the C.I.-based administrator, has appointed Craig Buick and Yegor Lanovenko as co-chief executive officers, subject to regulatory approval. They replace Chantal Free, who joined in 2023. Buick joined Ocorian in 2024 as CFO and Lanovenko joined in 2021 and was most recently co-head of the fund services business.
