Universal Investment Group has agreed with Advisense Group AB, the sole shareholder of FCG Fonder AB, for the acquisition of FCG Fonder AB by UI, subject to approval by Finansinspektionen, the Swedish regulatory authority. FCG Fonder is a Swedish provider of third-party ManCo and fund administration services with EUR4.6bn (USD5.4bn) AuA. The deal will add c. 50 Sweden-domiciled funds across equity and fixed-income investment strategies.
