Centralis Group, Luxembourg-based provider of alternative investments and outsourced corporate services, has appointed Elizabeth Fitzgibbons as chief commercial officer. She will join the executive committee and report directly to CEO Aidan Foley. Fitzgibbons was previously head of sales for debt and capital markets at Alter Domus. She will be based in the London office.

Aztec Group, the C.I.-based administrator, has supported the mid-market private equity investor, Oakley Capital, on the final close of its fifth fund. Oakley Fund V raised EUR2.85bn (USD3bn), nearly doubling the size of its predecessor. Aztec has also been appointed to provide ongoing administration and accounting services from its Luxembourg office.
