Altum Group, a C.I.-based provider of fund, corporate, and family office solutions, has expanded in the UK, moving to new offices led by managing director, Simon Drewett. He was previously at Crestbridge, where he led a team providing FCA-regulated fund management services.

Universal Investment Group has appointed Etienne Rougier as Luxembourg country head. This is alongside his position as group COO. Following the 2022 acquisition of efa, the Luxembourg business now has a combined workforce of more than 500 employees, with EUR294bn AuA. Rougier succeeds Sofia Harrschar, who will now focus on expanding the alternative investments business.

Centralis Group, the Luxembourg-headquartered administrator, plans to expand its real estate service offering through the acquisition of Ferris Group. Ferris, also based in Luxembourg, is a specialist real asset service provider, working with real estate SPVs and investment funds.

JTC, the C.I.-based professional services firm, has added two managers to its funds team in Jersey. Will Turner and Ben Durbano specialise in real estate and private equity respectively and join Ashley Vardon, senior director – fund services, who was appointed earlier this year. Turner was previously at Crestbridge, whilst Durbano joins from Sanne.
