IQ-EQ, the Luxembourg-based fund services provider, has acquired Laven Compliance Limited, formerly part of Laven Group. Laven Compliance is a UK and U.S.-based provider of regulatory compliance, regulatory application support and operational due diligence, servicing financial services clients. The acquisition does not involve any other part of the Laven Group.
SS&C acquires CFO
SS&C has acquired Complete Financial Ops, Inc. Fund Services, a Colorado-based fund administration firm. CFO Fund Services delivers fund administration to private equity funds and family offices. Terms of the all-cash deal were not disclosed. The acquisition adds 25 clients and eight employees.
