Imperium, the C.I.-based fund administrator, has appointed Andy Hatton, Colette Taylor and Charlotte Parr to the Imperium Fund Services Limited board of directors. Colette Taylor is Imperium’s head of fund accounting, whilst Andy Hatton and Charlotte Parr are both client services directors.
