Centralis, a Luxembourg-based alternative asset and corporate services provider, is to acquire YLP Group, a corporate services provider based in Luxembourg. Komainu supports USYC
Komainu, a UK-regulated digital asset custody service provider partly backed by Nomura, has begun custody support for USYC, created by Hashnote, the on-chain first digital asset manager, built with the support of Cumberland and DRW.
