Suntera Fund Services, a C.I.-based middle market provider of fund administration and loan administration services for private alternative investment funds, has opened an office in Denver, Colorado. The office joins Suntera’s other U.S. hubs in New Jersey and California and will be led by Nick Donovan, general counsel, Americas, and Jonathan Ferry, director.

Arcesium, the U.S.-based administrator in which J.P. Morgan has a stake, has opened an office in Hong Kong. The office will support its existing client base of institutional asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and private markets firms operating across the broader Asia-Pacific region, while also providing technology and services for new launches and regional expansion.

Maples Group has expanded its fund administration solution for Canadian-domiciled funds. This will provide support to its existing and new client base in launching and operating Canadian domestic funds. It will be delivered by the group’s Montreal office.

SEI has appointed Jeff Benfield as chief product officer, reporting to Zach Womack, chief technology officer, Benfield will lead SEI’s enterprise product strategy, development, and execution. He was previously head of platform strategy and operations for SEI’s asset management business.
