Aegon launches LTAF
The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has granted approval for the launch of the CG Aegon AM Private Credit LTAF, Aegon Asset Management’s first long term asset fund. Carne Group, which claims to be Europe’s largest independent third-party ManCo, will be the authorised corporate director (ACD) of the fund.
Alter Domus appoints new chairman
Alter Domus, the Luxembourg-based provider of fund services for the private equity, real assets and private debt sectors has appointed Mark Wiseman as chairman. Wiseman is the former head of active equities and chairman of BlackRock’s alternatives business. René Beltjens will step down as chairman but will retain his seat on the board.
Ultimus supports active ETF launch for Ocean Park

Citco hires senior for Japan

HGGC buys into Centralis
HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm, is to become the majority investor in Centralis, the Luxembourg-based alternative asset and corporate services provider. The deal is expected to close later in 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
IFDS to be restructured in Europe
State Street and SS&C Technologies plan to restructure the European component of their International Financial Data Services (IFDS) LP joint venture arrangement in Luxembourg and Ireland, following an almost 20-year collaboration.
