Ultimus has hired four senior managers. In the public markets solutions sector, Matt Geldhof joins from Citi, and Edward Lund comes in as an SVP, having worked at Gemini Fund Services and NorthStar. In the private markets sector, Gilbert Maddock joins from MUFG, and William Thoma comes in from Northern Trust.
Symphony appoints sole CEO
Symphony, the fintech focused on communication and markets technology, has appointed Ben Chrnelich, previously co-CEO alongside Brad Levy, as CEO and president. Levy will transition to an external role and continue to advise the firm’s board of directors.

Suntera opens in Denver
Suntera Fund Services, a C.I.-based middle market provider of fund administration and loan administration services for private alternative investment funds, has opened an office in Denver, Colorado. The office joins Suntera’s other U.S. hubs in New Jersey and California and will be led by Nick Donovan, general counsel, Americas, and Jonathan Ferry, director.
McNinch makes partner at BBH
BBH has appointed Shawn McNinch as a general partner. Based in Boston, he is global head of investor services business development and head of ETF product servicing. He joined BBH in 2009.
Pirum strengthens origination teams
Pirum, the fintech focused on the securities finance and collateral management sector, has hired Andrew Miller as head of origination, NAM, and Charlie Wallis as director of origination, EMEA. Based in New York, Miller joins Pirum from AccessFintech. Wallis, based in London, joins from LSEG.
Coleman moves to LSEG from State Street
LSEG, the UK-based financial markets infrastructure and data provider, has appointed Chris Coleman as group head of sales and account management. Based in Boston, he reports to David Schwimmer, CEO. He joined from State Street, where he was most recently head of global client coverage.

Eleven, the U.S.-based fintech focused on the alternatives sector, has launched OS8, “expanding and deepening every part of the private investment lifecycle on a single intelligent, connected operating system”. OS8 covers fundraising and investor onboarding, servicing, payments, and compliance, streamlining interactions between fund managers, fund administrators, and investors.
