U.S. Bank has appointed Bardad Sambou as managing director – operations and client service, in Luxembourg. This follows the recent promotion of Didier Delvaux, head of Luxembourg, to head U.S. Bank’s global fund services business in Europe. Sambou previously spent more than 16 years at State Street.
