Altum Group, a C.I.-based-provider of fund, corporate and family office solutions, has appointed Matt Philpott to the firm’s real estate team in the UK. He will support the delivery of administration and relationship management, overseeing complex portfolio transitions, ensuring consistent communication with directors, and providing oversight on structuring, governance and onboarding processes.

Ultimus has hired four senior managers. In the public markets solutions sector, Matt Geldhof joins from Citi, and Edward Lund comes in as an SVP, having worked at Gemini Fund Services and NorthStar. Suntera Fund Services, a C.I.-based middle market provider of fund administration and loan administration services for private alternative investment funds, has opened an office in Denver, Colorado. The office joins Suntera’s other U.S. hubs in New Jersey and California and will be led by Nick Donovan, general counsel, Americas, and Jonathan Ferry, director.
