Citco, the alternative investment assets servicer with USD1.5trn AuA, has announced the launch of a new office in Hyderabad as part of its ongoing expansion in India. The Hyderabad office plans to hire more than 1,200 employees over the next two years, and will operate as a Citco CoE.

Citi & Vistra to service Food Securities Fund
The Food Securities Fund, which provides working capital loans to sustainable agriculture companies in emerging and developing markets, has appointed Citi as the fund’s central administration agent and depository. Vistra, the Singapore-based administrator, will provide AIFM ManCo services from Luxembourg. The Food Securities Fund has been developed by Clarmondial, a Switzerland-based investment firm.
Apex expands relationship with Launch Africa
Apex has expanded its relationship with Launch Africa Ventures, a pan-African venture capital fund. Apex has been appointed to provide fund administration and accounting, fiduciary, investor reporting and tax compliance services to support the growth of Launch Africa’s current and future funds.
