David Claus has joined Edmond de Rothschild as group head, asset servicing, and CEO of EdRAM in Luxembourg. He was previously CEO of European Depositary Bank, which is owned by Apex. In 2023 Edmond de Rothschild entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Luxembourg-based third-party asset servicing activities to Apex, but the deal did not meet regulatory requirements.
