BNP Paribas has appointed Marco Citrini as head of securities services for Switzerland. This appointment is part of a long-term succession plann as he succeeds Garrick Dean Smith who will now focus on expanding relationships with key Swiss institutional clients as managing director, client coverage securities services Switzerland. Citrini joined BNP Paribas in 2001.

DTC launches tokenisation service
DTC has launched the DTCC Tokenization Service (DTS). The service brings tokenised securities into regulated financial markets through trusted, resilient and scalable market infrastructure, enabling investors to move assets more efficiently, access new liquidity pools and mobilise collateral within minutes. Early adopters include BBH, BNP Paribas, Citi, J.P. Morgan and State Street.
