Allspring Global Investments has expanded its transfer agency relationship with SS&C. Under the extended agreement, SS&C will provide investor servicing to Allspring’s institutional liquidity business, which manages USD228bn across five money market funds. SS&C will also manage regulatory compliance with Blue Sky state securities laws and support distribution across Allspring’s institutional liquidity portfolio.

Apex appoints chief strategy officer
Apex has appointed Jay Cipriano as chief strategy officer, a newly created role. He will report to Apex CEO, Peter Hughes. He joins from SEI, where he spent 28 years.
Arcesium acquires OMS provider
Arcesium has acquired Limina, a Stockholm-based portfolio and order management systems provider. The entire Limina team will join Arcesium. Limina CEO, Kristoffer Fürst will join Arcesium, reporting to Bryan Dougherty, president, product and technology.
Sheller joins Juniper Square
Jason Sheller has joined Juniper Square as global head of go-to-market fund administration. Sheller spent seven years at CBRE, and is based in New York.
