Suntera Global, the C.I.-based provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services, has acquired Singapore-headquartered fund and corporate service provider, Aurtus Singapore. The acquisition of Aurtus Singapore is Suntera’s eleventh acquisition since 2019 and establishes a presence for Suntera in Singapore for the first time. Aurtus Singapore was established in 2023 and has a team of 21 sector specialists. The firm provides tax compliance, tax advisory, accounting and corporate secretarial services, as well as an investment funds client base utilising Singapore’s VCC structure. The team is led by founder and managing director Mahip Gupta, who will remain with the business.
