Frank Koudelka, one of the most highly respected ETF specialists in the industry, is to retire from State Street in 2026. Koudelka, who is the global ETF product specialist for the investment services business, joined State Street in 2007 following its acquisition of Investors Bank & Trust, where he previously worked.
