SpireBay Financial, the Ireland-based consulting firm supporting asset managers, service providers and technology clients, has appointed several industry experts to its team across the UK, U.S. and Ireland. Neil Clifford was most recently CEO of Carne’s Irish fund management company. Chip McKernan joins from SEI Investments, where he held multiple senior leadership roles across the U.S. and Europe. Fraser McIntyre directed the sale of Cantab Capital Partners, and serves as an independent non-executive director on fund boards. SpireBay was formed in 2024 by investment fund industry professionals, Paul Ellis and Ronnie Griffin.
